• Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward our team or other clients

• Violation of salon policies or service agreements

• Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations

• Health or safety concerns that may compromise our ability to perform a service

• Situations where we feel we are not the right fit or cannot confidently provide the desired result

We believe in honest communication and professional integrity. If we feel that we are not the best match for your needs, or are unable to safely and effectively perform a service, we will respectfully decline to proceed.
