TRUST HAIR CO. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color a Return/Exchange must be made within 14 days of original purchase. The hair has not been worn, damaged or removed from the original packaging. Hair that has been worn, installed and or is not attached to the original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Trust Hair Co. is not liable and does not replace any hair that is colored or toned (including purple shampoo). Coloring Trust Hair Co. extensions will void ALL warranties: as it can change or alter the integrity of the extensions and may adversely affect the cuticle of the hair extensions; therefore, hair cannot be returned for any reason if it has been dyed, lightened, toned or treated with purple shampoo.

Please note that Trust Hair Co. is not responsible for any return shipping fees. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned hair.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

Click on the "RETURN FORM" below. Complete all required sections.

  • Once your return is approved, and we have received the product, we will:

    • For Returns, credit your account used for the original payment.

    • For Exchanges, ship out replacement product.

  • Trust Hair Co. is not responsible for shipping for returns or exchanges.

HOW TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE:

  1. Fill out the necessary fields on our RETURN FORM and include this with your package for exchange.

  2. Upon receipt of your package, a representative from Trust Hair Co. headquarters will email you, notifying you that your package has been received and is being processed.

  3. If the item you are hoping to exchange for is of equal value, your order will be shipped out to you.

  4. If the item you are hoping to exchange for is of lesser or greater value, you will be issued a refund to the original payment associated with your account, . You can go to www.trusthair.com to use and to place your new order.

SHIPPING ISSUES

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting hello@trusthair.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item. Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.

COLOR MATCHING

Trust Hair Co. is 100% human remy hair and as with all organic products, slight color variations are expected. We produce unique colors and custom colors and we can not guarantee perfect color consistency with each batch/shipments of hair. Trust hair Co. Extensions are human hair that have been colored + processed to achieve the desired colored result. Like regular colored hair, Extensions will fade over time. We do not refund or replace our extension hair because of color fading, as this is the nature of human hair and colored hair. We also cannot guarantee a perfect color match from the thumbnail images alone. We highly recommend purchasing one of our hand-tied color rings to ensure a perfect color match.

If you find that the color is different than expected please follow the return policy to make an exchange.

TRUST HAIR CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISCOLORATION OR INTEGRITY OF OUR HAIR AND WILL NOT BE REPLACED DUE TO WATER AND OR SWIM, SUNSCREEN USE + COLORING (INCLUDING PURPLE SHAMPOO). TRUST HAIR CO. EXTENSIONS ARE HUMAN HAIR THAT HAVE BEEN COLORED + PROCESSED TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED COLORED RESULT. LIKE REGULAR COLOR TREATED HAIR, EXTENSIONS WILL FADE OVER TIME. WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE OUR EXTENSION HAIR BECAUSE OF COLOR FADING.
