What is a Hand Tied Weft?
Hand Tied wefts are tied together by hand, making the weft portion of the extension tiny. When adhered to the natural hair, Hand Tied Wefts lay flatter against your scalp to provide a natural look. Hand tied are also pre-cut, meaning you cannot cut the end of the extensions for the hair will unravel.

What is THC Hand Tied Method?
This is a Hair Extension method that uses minimal points of contact to create flawless, natural looking hair extensions. There is no heat, tape or glue needed to attach them to your hair, therefore there is less opportunity for damage to your natural hair.
How much hair will I need?
We recommend 120-180g per install. Keep in mind that your natural length and density will factor how many rows and wefts are needed per row if you are wanting to add fullness, length or achieve mermaid status.
How long will my Trust Hair last?
We recommend Trust Hand Tied Extensions to be replaced every 6-9 months to keep extensions looking fresh and full. Sometimes hair will need to be replaced sooner. This varies from person to person.
Can I color or tone my extensions?
Trust Hair Co. is not liable and does not replace any hair that is colored or toned (including purple shampoo). Coloring Trust Hair Co. extensions will void ALL warranties: as it can change or alter the integrity of the extensions and may adversely affect the cuticle of hair extensions; therefore, hair cannot be returned for any reason if it has been dyed, lightened, toned or treated with purple shampoo.
It can be done however we do not suggest dying our extensions. If you do choose to color your Trust Hair Co. extensions, our suggestion would be to use a demi permanent color. If you chose to tone or use purple shampoo please watch carefully. All coloring done to Trust Hair Co. extensions should be done by a licensed professional.
Trust hair Co. Extensions are human hair that have been colored + processed to achieve the desired colored result. Like regular colored hair, Extensions will fade over time. We do not refund or replace our extension hair because of color fading or thinning, as this is the nature of human hair and colored hair.
How long in between extension move-ups?
We recommend a move-up every 6-8 weeks. This should be done by a licensed and trained professional.
How far does the root melt and root tap go on the rooted hand tied extensions?
About 4-5" on or melts. About 2-2.5 on our taps.

How do I wash my extensions?
Before washing, thoroughly brush hair to remove any tangles. Gently wash (squish like your applying dish soap to a sponge) with sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and lukewarm water. Never rub the ends of the hair together while washing. Repeat as needed, then add conditioner and leave in for 5 minutes. Be sure to completely rinse away shampoo and conditioner. Color Matching....
Trust Hair Co. is 100% human remy hair and as with all organic products, slight color variations are expected. We produce unique colors and custom colors and we can not guarantee perfect color consistency with each batch/shipments of hair. Trust hair Co. Extensions are human hair that have been colored + processed to achieve the desired colored result. Like regular colored hair, Extensions will fade over time. We do not refund or replace our extension hair because of color fading or thinning, as this is the nature of human hair and colored hair. We also cannot guarantee a perfect color match from the thumbnail images alone. We highly recommend purchasing one of our color rings to ensure a perfect color match.
If you find that the color is different than expected please follow the return policy to make an exchange.
What are your processing time + shipping terms?
In order to guarantee that your product(s) will be shipped same day you will need to place your order BEFORE 11:00 AM PST, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays and or on Holidays. Please review our Shipping + Handling terms.
What if I need to make a return or exchange?
If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color a Return/Exchange must be made within 14 days of original purchase. The hair has not been worn, damaged or removed from the original packing. Hair that is not attached to the original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
